Sylvester suffers from chronic rhinitis and will need on going care for his condition.

Joey is a 4yrs old Chihuahua, neutered male, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He gets along well with other small dogs. ok with cats, but can be selective. He is very active and a very smart boy. It is recommended his new owners have breed experience. Joey is very sweet and good with older kids, but he has some challenges with easily feeling threatened when being physically handled in certain ways. He seeks human affection in his own unique way!
